
In this project, I designed and built a complete multi-touch email nurture system from scratch for PaulX’s launch. The engagement involved mapping the prospect journey, writing every email in the sequence, and setting up the automation infrastructure to deliver the right message to the right person at the right stage of their awareness.
PaulX is preparing to launch a new product to a B2B audience. With a launch window of a few months and no existing outbound communication infrastructure, the founding team needed a way to begin warming their target audience before the product was ready. Specifically, they needed to start building awareness, establishing credibility, and creating enough trust that when the time came to book discovery calls, prospects would already feel like they knew the brand.
In the founder’s words: "We are launching in a few months and we have not spoken to anyone yet. We do not know how to reach out to people without it feeling like we are just selling at them. And we do not have time to personally follow up with everyone we connect with."
