Overview

Designed a structured discovery call and product demonstration framework that moved prospects from curious to committed.

Problem/Objective

The Lumin sales team has a seemingly good prospecting outreach system. Leads were generated. Prospects were responsive. Initial conversations were happening. But somehow, after the product demonstration, nothing happened. Deals that looked promising suddenly went quiet after the first call. It’s obvious that whatever made the prospects go quiet mostly happened on either the discovery call or product demo.

The problem with Lumin’s discovery call and demo is broken down thus:
